Is a stock token the stock?
No. Asset Stock Tokens — the on-chain product Robinhood now calls Stock Tokens — are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited (RHJ). They give economic exposure to an underlying US share or ETF. They do not grant legal or beneficial rights in, or against, the issuer of that underlying. They are not a Nasdaq / DTCC same-rights token.
Where they live
Official RHJ tokens are ERC-20s on Robinhood Chain (chain 4663). Primary subscription is authorised-participant only; at issuance the AP is BBVI. Holders do not mint. Effective share-equivalent equals raw balance × uiMultiplier (ERC-8056). Dividends reinvested into additional underlying raise the multiplier; the raw wallet balance stays put until redemption.
Robinhood publishes per-asset Chainlink price feeds. Spot can trade on DEXs on Robinhood Chain. Robinhood's 1 July 2026 newsroom names Uniswap, Rialto, Lighter, Arcus, and 1inch. A DEX mid on those venues is a secondary print, not an automatic cash-share purchase.
Robinhood Stock Token vs Classic
Classic Stock Tokens are RHEU derivative contracts held as Europe-app balances: not withdrawable, not on-chain. Asset Stock Tokens are a parallel Robinhood product, not the next step in a funnel. Classic does not become an Asset token.
Cash-market bridge

Who they are not for

Do not mix rails
- Do not add RHJ supply to Coinbase B20 supply. Separate issuer, chain, decimals, and basis.
- Do not treat a same-ticker wallet token as RHJ until the contract authenticates against the RHJ registry. Unofficial copies have no create/redeem.
- Nasdaq / DTCC tokenization is a different same-rights rail. This monitor does not ingest it.
